Gulf War II - CBS Baghdad webcam: Jessica Lynch

The seal of the Governor of West Virginia? What the heck is this? It looks a lot like the desert lake where Burning Man is held each year. The white van... a soccer mom late for the briefing? No clue is given. We're just shown this scene for a while.
The camera pans out, and we see a techie connecting a new microphone (and having a lot of problems communicating with the console guys. "If you can't hear me how do you know I'm speaking?" "I'm looking at the camera feed!" "Oh, okay." A reporter enters and exits the scene after having an off-screen conversation. Still no clue.
Another reporter finds a seat and starts chatting away on his cell phone. Since he's far away from the microphones on the podium, I can't hear what he's saying. The white van returns. The techie is still having problems. Another reporter gets ready to do a short take.
Okay, finally a clue! The governor's advance man gives the assembled reporters some background on how the family of rescued POW Pfc. Jessica Lynch are going to take a plane to visit her in a military hospital in Germany. Here's the plane, a loan from the H. J. Heinz company (or so I hear it...) The ketchup guys?
We're told that this is taking place at the Yeager Airport in Charleston, West Virginia. The van pulls up with the family members inside.
State troopers look on, keeping the peace. The family answers a few questions before boarding the plane.
